I get asked Xactimate related questions all the time! It is one of those tools that can certainly feel overwhelming at first. It took me a while to become comfortable myself.
I know this is kinda cheesy, but I’m going to say it anyway. Practice makes perfect and knowledge is power.
There is always more than one way to do or learn anything. Some people prefer completing courses solo, while others prefer more interactive learning such as webinars.
