This Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions made with Adjuster University, LLC (“Adjuster University,” “AU,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By submitting payment for any product, subscription, service, or access through this website or through a third-party processor acting on our behalf, you (“Customer,” “Purchaser,” or “You”) expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

This Policy applies to all sales, without exception.

1. FINALITY OF PURCHASE – NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Adjuster University maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all purchases, including but not limited to:

• Digital products or digital access

• Subscription services

• Payment plans or installment agreements

• Access-based services

• Physical merchandise

• AU Plus+ annual memberships

• Any associated consulting, business support, or resource-based offerings

You acknowledge, understand, and agree that by completing any purchase, you waive any and all rights to initiate a chargeback, refund request, cancellation, or dispute through your financial institution or credit card provider. Any such attempt will be considered a breach of this Policy and a material breach of contract.

Purchases are non-refundable regardless of the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Personal dissatisfaction

• Inability to access or utilize the service

• Change in personal or professional circumstances

• Lack of perceived progress or results

• Unused or underused access

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY AND ACCESS

Digital content, access credentials, or downloadable materials shall be considered delivered in full once an access email or download link has been sent to the email address provided at checkout. Failure to access digital content due to user error, technical limitations, or failure to check spam/junk folders does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their contact information and to notify Adjuster University at [email protected] within five (5) calendar days of purchase if access has not been received.

All digital products and content are licensed for personal use only. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or reselling any content obtained through this platform. Violation of this provision shall constitute copyright infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

3. PAYMENT PLANS AND INSTALLMENT AGREEMENTS

Customers who enter into a payment plan or installment agreement acknowledge and agree to remit all scheduled payments in full and without delay.

• Payment obligations are binding and non-cancelable.

• No portion of any installment is eligible for refund, credit, or proration.

• Failure to complete the payment schedule does not release the Customer from liability for the full amount due.

• In the event of nonpayment, Adjuster University reserves the right to revoke access, assess late fees, and/or pursue recovery through a third-party collection agency. Additional administrative and legal costs incurred in the collection process may be added to the balance due.

4. AU PLUS+ SUBSCRIPTION

AU Plus+ is a separately billed ancillary membership offering access to ongoing career development resources, business tools, and support features. It is not part of any core service or curriculum.

• AU Plus+ is invoiced as an annual subscription.

• AU Plus+ purchases are non-refundable and non-cancelable once processed.

• Cancellation requests shall only apply to the next annual billing cycle and must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days prior to renewal.

• Current and past charges are not subject to refund, proration, or dispute.

5. GIFT CARDS, COUPONS, AND PROMOTIONS

• Gift cards and promotional codes have no cash value and are non-refundable.

• Promotional offers, flash sales, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly authorized in writing.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Offers are void where prohibited.

6. ACCOUNT DELINQUENCY

If any payment due to Adjuster University is not received within seven (7) calendar days of the due date, the Customer’s access to all products, services, platforms, and subscriptions shall be revoked without further notice.

If the outstanding balance remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) calendar days, the account may be referred to a collections agency, and the Customer shall be liable for all collection costs, interest, attorneys’ fees, and administrative fees incurred.

7. PURCHASES THROUGH AFFILIATES OR THIRD PARTIES

For purchases made through authorized third-party affiliates or external platforms, the terms of purchase and refund are governed by the affiliate’s own policies. Adjuster University is not responsible for processing or resolving disputes related to third-party transactions.

8. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Adjuster University reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction. The most current version of this Policy will be posted to our website and shall supersede all prior versions.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and affirm that:

• You have read and understood this Policy in its entirety.

• You agree to be legally bound by all terms contained herein.

• You waive any right to claim misunderstanding, misrepresentation, or lack of notice.

• You agree not to dispute any charge for any reason, except in the case of verified fraudulent use of your payment method.
