I attended an online presentation facilitated by Jeremy Rettig and it was a down to earth, comprehensive and fair assessment of the Independent Adjusting career. I really like the balanced overview that provided a clear visualization of what it takes to be successful in this career. Lyn, their student success coordinator, is great to work with. Whenever I have questions or concerns she responds immediately and always gives the right advice. After years of back-breaking work in the construction industry, I have come to realize, I should have got into this industry a long time ago.  Adjuster University is the best career move I have ever made.  No more grinding it out 6 days a week for pennies and struggling to make ends meet. Adjuster University is a great IA program. I’m a sales rep for a contractor so a lot of the information wasn’t new BUT there was a lot that I needed to learn (Report Writing, Xactimate, etc.)

As an adjuster with desk experience, who is moving forward into the field, I found this course to be a great help!  Jeremy's insight into the 'business' of being a truly independent adjuster is fantastic.  Mike M.'s brass tacks look at how to do claims is also right on point.
