How Struggling Adjusters Can Earn More by Learning from Pestering Kids

If you’re struggling to earn money as an adjuster, you’re failing. And if you fail for long enough, you’ll be back at your old, miserable job in no time.

First thing’s first, the photo above is two of the best daughters any father could possibly have!  That’s Zoey on the left and Aubrey on the right.  That’s the look they would be giving each other if they knew I was exposing this sales secret to my adjuster community.  😉

So, you became an adjuster but found yourself struggling to make ends meet.  It happens.  If it’s happening to you, it’s because your sales and marketing efforts just aren’t working.  No, don’t blame the industry, it’s you.  Own it.

But there’s good news!  The good news is that you are in control of what happens in the future.

What can you learn from it?

First, it’s time to accept that this is not the time to think you may come off as annoying or aggressive by following-up with adjuster firms.  If you feel you can knock it out of the park and that all you need is a chance, consider it your duty and obligation to get them to work with you because by not, they’re hurting their businesses.

Earn more, reach out to businesses, follow up a lot!

The three best salespeople I know, are my three daughters.   They consistently come up with dangerous and costly ideas, all of which I typically want absolutely nothing to do with.

But, I always find myself going through with them.  Why?  Partially because I love them, but also because they never let up.  If you have kids under the age of 10, then you probably know what I’m talking about.

If there’s somewhere they want to go or an activity they want to do, they will hit me with it multiple times every single day until I’m completely worn out.  They continue to ask me the same question with different words until they finally break me.

Were they annoying?   Yes

Were they overly aggressive?  Yes

Did I tell them I wasn’t going to do it and to stop asking?  Yes

Were they so persistent I wanted to yell at them?   Yes

Did they get their way in the end?

You’re damn right they did.

Those that are persistentget what they want.

stay persistent and earn more

Those that aren’t are just waiting for someone else to build their future.

Which one are you?
