How I Avoid Burnout

Today I’d like to have a little chat with you all about burnout.

Experiencing burnout is not a fun feeling. You feel tired, irritable, and just not yourself.

How does burnout even happen, you ask? 

Well – it sneaks up on you when you’re doing stuff you don’t like doing over and over again.

I’m not going to tell you to stop doing those activities. 

Because most of them are pretty important. 

Life ain’t always easy.  

Sometimes we have to do things we don’t want to do in order to pay our bills and move ahead in our careers.

Sure – some “boring” activities can’t be taken away. 

But fun activities can be added into the mix.

Once I started growing and making good money as an adjuster, I started experiencing burnout quickly.

I loved all the money I was making. 

But I realized I barely had any time to spend it and enjoy it.

That’s when I knew something had to change.

I joined groups, expanded my training and started the Adjusting To 6 Figures podcast, which I LOVE.

I do stuff I don’t want to do every day. But I make sure to carve out enough time every day to do the things I do love!
