Don’t ask, “who’s hiring?” The real question is, “who’s paying?” 

You’re not looking for just one employer. You’re looking for many.  So, you need to be thinking about how you can reach a larger network of companies. 

How do you do that? You market yourself. 

Marketing yourself puts your name and information out there for people to see. 

It doesn’t matter if you have little – no experience.  If you want to take things a step further, you have to beef up your resume. 

Put down your certifications and show off your accomplishments. You have to hammer harder than others to get employers thinking of you.

Send emails, stay on the phone, get your message out there. Odds are, you’re bound to get something.
