Adjusters Can Squash More Claims in a Day Faster by Avoiding Distractions Using this Fruit (or Vegetable?)
“Let yourself indulge in the things that generally are a source of distractions for you. For example Instagram, Facebook, or household chores. But only during a pre-scheduled break.”
When you feel tempted by a distraction, take a breath, and actively choose not to give into it.
Once you take your attention off your task, it’s harder to find that focus and concentrate on what you’re supposed to be doing again. Save yourself the time and energy it takes to switch between focus and distraction by simply choosing to focus and aggressively avoiding all distractions.

A way to increase your focus is the Pomodoro Method. With this technique, you set a timer and concentrate entirely on a particular task for a specified length of time. When the timer goes off, you reward yourself with a 15-minute break. Try 45 minutes to begin, but if that is too easy or too difficult, set a different time that makes sense for you, and adjust the length of your break accordingly. For every 25 minutes, consider taking a 5-minute break.
Let yourself indulge in the things that generally distract you, like Instagram, Facebook, or household chores, but only during this pre-scheduled break.
Having a distraction-free life is something probably only achievable by the Gods, so it’s crazy to think you do it. Instead, control your distractions by scheduling when they’re permitted. This will help give you a better focus when you need it.
