Move Quickly

You don’t want to be that person who lets opportunities pass them by.  If a potential client reaches out to you, don’t let that email get lost in your box. Answer them ASAP. 

Let me tell you – if you don’t secure that spot, there will be another adjuster already lined up to take your place. 

Companies can’t wait for you to make up your mind, so you need to act NOW!

Kill That Whitespace Off Your Calendar

This is something I stand by and what I rest a lot of my success on. If your calendar is blank – fill it up. Whitespace is not your friend! You’ve got to know your schedule like the back of your hand. 

There’s no room to be picky. If you have free space in your calendar, then you have to fill it. 

Don’t Think – Just Do

I want you to think about why you wanted to become an insurance adjuster in the first place. In this career, you get to be the big boss. So you have to start acting like it from day one. There’s no waiting for that phone to ring. 

You need to get up early, get out there, and not stop until you’ve secured an opportunity. Yeah, it’s going to be tough at first. But to grow your business, you have to push aside those excuses.
