What Insurance Companies Hire New Adjusters

I constantly have people asking me which companies hire new adjusters.

Now, this answer may surprise you – but the answer is all of them.

Yes, every single independent adjusting company hires new adjusters.

Some companies hire them more than others. But they all do it.

A job posting may say “experience required” but that doesn’t mean anything.

Think about it. 

Of course, a hiring manager would put that in. It takes them 2 extra seconds and makes it easier for them to sort through applications.

Again – even though a company may prefer someone with more experience, they still hire new adjusters out of necessity.

If they are in a position where they will lose money if they don’t hire someone ASAP, they will hire a newbie and hope for the best.

Here’s the point of the story. 

It doesn’t matter what level of experience you have. Just apply places.
