Let’s talk about fears! There’s a lot of things you can be scared of out there. But to be an insurance claims adjuster, you shouldn’t be afraid of the future. Instead, you should be thinking about how to enjoy the present. 

Don’t Be Scared to Make a Mistake

Yes, mistakes happen!  When we make a mistake we have two choices. We can either feel bad about them or learn from them. 

If you want to achieve something, go out and make it happen. Don’t worry about being wrong. Don’t get stuck on those worst-case scenario thoughts. Most of the things we worry about, never happen. 

Don’t Think About The Next Paycheck

Are you constantly thinking you’re going to run out of claims? If you sell your service, you won’t! If there’s anything you can take away from this, it’s to market and sell yourself. Chances are if you market yourself to as many people as you can, then you won’t run into any problems.  There’s always a way to do better. If you’re not getting the claims you want, then now’s the time to do something about it!
