Struggling With Industry Technology and Software?

Learning does not stop after high school or college.

New techniques, programs and software are being created by people all over the world as you are reading this blog.

The adjusting world is constantly changing and who knows what the future has in store. I do have a feeling it’ll be some pretty cool stuff though.

Anyways – I’ve been in the biz for a long time and still learn new things on a daily basis. Some things I’ve learned through courses/mentors, and others I have learned completely by accident. If you are just starting out and are struggling with industry technology and software like Xactimate you are not alone.

No one can master anything overnight – that’s just the way life is. Unless you practice in your dreams of course (haha, just kidding).

It may take you a few weeks to get comfortable using Xactimate and that is totally okay.

You know what? Whether you dive in today or next week, the time is going to pass.

You might as well spend it wisely and be one step ahead of the game so you can stand out from the crowd, spend less time working on the same estimates, and of course make more money.

So, the point of the story is, everything is learnable. You just have to invest in yourself, think outside the box and regularly ask yourself what else might work.
