While we know the vast majority of our students are dedicated individuals determined to succeed and build a rewarding career, we recognize that there might be that occasional person seeking shortcuts. Yes, you know who you are—the one thinking, "I'll just buy this program, do nothing, and double my money." These terms and conditions are are here for you! For those of you genuinely investing in the 90-Day program with a sincere desire to achieve a six-figure career and embrace success, rest assured these terms and conditions won't be a hindrance. They are an unfortunate, but necessary, precaution to safeguard our commitment to our students and protect ourselves from those with different intentions.

We're here to provide you with the tools and guidance to pave your way to success. Your journey with us includes a Success Blueprint that, when followed diligently along with your weekly course assignments, sets you on the path to achievement. The most important takeaway from the terms and conditions is the timing of activating your guarantee. This condition is not intended to stand in the way of your 2X Guarantee reimbursement; rather, it's designed to maximize your chances of success. Activation Timing: To activate your 2X Guarantee, we ask that you inform us of your intent within 90 days of completing the program. This can be done here. This ensures we are aware you're struggling and gives us the opportunity to provide coaching and support on a one-on-one basis to help you get back on the road to success. We genuinely want to see you succeed, and if, despite your dedication and our coaching, you still find yourself facing challenges, rest assured we view it as an opportunity to learn and improve. In such cases, we will graciously reimburse you twice your tuition fees. In essence, our terms and conditions are here to work with you, not against you. We're dedicated to your success, and we're here every step of the way to ensure you reach your goals.

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the 2X Guarantee provided by Adjuster University ("Adjuster University") to students enrolled in the 90-Day Accelerator Program. The Guarantee is designed to reduce the fear of financial loss while encouraging best practices that contribute to your success.
DEFINITIONS
“Enrollment” - Date 90-Day Accelerator Program is purchased.
“Graduation” - Date 90-Day Accelerator Program is completed, including obtaining Adjuster University diploma and all certifications.
“Program Duration” - The time between “enrollment” and “guarantee commencement.”
“The Factory” - Adjuster University’s private Slack group used for coaching, peer support, work opportunities, and other communication.
“Proof of Licensing” - Date you provide proof of state licensing to Adjuster University.
“Guarantee Commencement” - Date of graduation or proof of licensing, whichever is later.
“Guarantee Period” - The 120 days following the “guarantee commencement”.
“Declaration Period” - 60 to 90 days after the “guarantee commencement.”
CONDITIONS
The following guarantee conditions are based on best practices that Adjuster University has found to directly contribute to student success. You must meet these terms to be eligible for the 2X Guarantee:
- Join and participate in "The Factory" within 3 weeks of enrollment and remain an active member until the end of the “guarantee period.”
- Complete your program (graduation) within 120 days of enrollment.
- Provide proof of state licensing within 120 days of enrollment.
- Attend at least one group coaching call per month during your program.
- Contact at least 75% of the claims adjustment companies provided during your training.
- Ensure your tuition is paid in full to Adjuster University.
ACTIVATING THE 2X GUARANTEE
If you meet all the eligibility conditions but believe you won't earn 2X your initial investment during the guarantee period, follow these steps: Declare your intent to utilize the 2X Guarantee during the declaration period.
Be prepared to submit proof of contacting at least 75% of the firms from our list. Commit to weekly one-on-one Zoom coaching calls for the rest of the guarantee period. (Adjuster University will act in good faith to schedule coaching calls around your availability during regular business hours.)
ELIGIBILITY DENIAL
Adjuster University may deny eligibility if you do not meet the guarantee conditions, miss scheduled coaching calls, or fail to follow coaching guidance.
REIMBURSEMENT
If you meet all conditions and still don't earn 2X your tuition during the guarantee period, you're eligible for the 2X Guarantee. Reimbursement of 2X your tuition will be made within 2-4 weeks after the guarantee period ends. Interest from financing is not included in reimbursement.
TERMINATION OF RELATIONSHIP
Upon reimbursement, the relationship between you and Adjuster University will be terminated. You'll be removed from "The Factory," and certificates and diplomas earned through Adjuster University will be void.
This guarantee is applicable to the 90 Day Accelerator Program only.
