Terms of Purchase
and Refund Policy
This policy explains how purchases, access, refunds, payment plans, membership dues, and billing concerns are handled for Adjuster University products and services.
Review-ready draft, not legal advice.
This version is prepared for publication formatting. Prior purchases remain governed by the terms in effect when they were made.
Overview
This Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions made with Adjuster University®, LLC (“Adjuster University,” “AU,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By submitting payment for any product, subscription, service, or access through this website or through a third-party processor acting on our behalf, you (“Customer,” “Purchaser,” or “You”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth here.
This Policy applies to all sales except where a separate signed agreement, such as an enrollment agreement, governs the transaction.
1. How Refunds Work
Refunds at Adjuster University follow one of two tracks, depending on what you purchased.
The Apprenticeship & Mentorship Program (AMP)
AMP is governed solely by the 2X Guarantee in place of a traditional refund policy. There are no change-of-mind, buyer’s-remorse, or other refunds for AMP. The 2X Guarantee, set out in your enrollment agreement, is the sole path by which any money is returned in connection with AMP. Full 2X Guarantee terms are part of that agreement.
All Other Products
Every other product, including individual courses and subscriptions, unless explicitly noted otherwise at the point of sale, is refundable within twenty-four (24) hours of access being granted, provided that no more than fifty percent (50%) of the learning progress has been completed.
Once either limit is reached, the purchase is final. For subscriptions, the twenty-four (24) hour window applies from the time access is granted.
2. Digital Delivery and Access
Digital content, access credentials, or downloadable materials are considered delivered in full once an access email or download link has been sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Failure to access content due to user error, technical limitations, or failure to check spam or junk folders is not grounds for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate and to notify us at [email protected] within five (5) calendar days of purchase if access has not been received.
All digital products and content are licensed for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, share, or resell any content obtained through this platform. Violation constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.
3. Payment Plans
Customers who enter into a payment plan agree to remit all scheduled payments in full and on time, as set out in their enrollment agreement. A payment plan is a direct payment arrangement for Adjuster University’s own educational services, offered at no interest and with no finance charge. It is not a third-party loan or credit product.
Payment obligations are binding. For AMP, installments are non-refundable and the 2X Guarantee is the only path by which money is returned. Delinquency, default, fees, and settlement options are governed by the terms of your enrollment agreement, which may include a one-time account handling and support fee and, on default, acceleration of the remaining balance and referral to a third-party collections agency.
4. Membership Dues (Annual Membership)
Continued access to the Circle Community, credential retention, and verification to firms after your first year require annual Membership Dues of $85. Membership Dues renew automatically on the payment method on file unless you set your membership to non-renew, in which case we will invoice you before the due date where automatic billing is not available.
Membership Dues are non-refundable once charged. If dues are not paid by the renewal date, a one (1) month grace period applies, after which your access is removed and your data, including credentials, is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You retain any PDF copies of credentials you have already earned, but we can no longer verify or resend them.
A request to set your membership to non-renew applies to the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
5. Gift Cards, Coupons, and Promotions
Gift cards and promotional codes have no cash value and are non-refundable. Promotional offers, flash sales, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly authorized in writing. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Offers are void where prohibited.
6. Account Delinquency
If a payment due to Adjuster University is not received by its due date, access to the associated products, services, or platforms may be restricted until the account is brought current.
Delinquency, default, and recovery for payment plans are handled as set out in your enrollment agreement. A balance that remains unresolved may be referred to a third-party collections agency, and you may be liable for the reasonable costs of collection. Subscriptions that lapse for non-payment are suspended and end, with no collections action.
7. Billing Concerns and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly. You agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to address any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider. This does not apply to verified fraudulent use of your payment method.
8. Purchases Through Affiliates or Third Parties
For purchases made through authorized third-party affiliates or external platforms, the terms of purchase and refund are governed by that platform’s own policies. Adjuster University is not responsible for processing or resolving disputes related to third-party transactions.
9. Policy Modifications
Adjuster University reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction, and prior purchases remain governed by the terms in effect when they were made. The most current version is posted on our website and supersedes all prior versions.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and affirm that you have read and understood this Policy, you agree to be legally bound by it, and you agree to contact us to resolve any concern before disputing a charge, except in the case of verified fraudulent use of your payment method.
